Please help! How can I view my photos? When I click on manage photos I get ratings etc., but I cant simply view my photo. Plz correct this bug! Thx!

Ive been on this site for at least a year. Been through numerous upgrades, but the last one ended the fun! All photos are now "Top Rated". Took the fun out of seeing how your amateur photo really rated with others. No sales, however didnt really expect any. Just enjoyed sharing my favorite hobby with others. Not so much now!!!

If you want to make money selling photos, this isnt the best place to do it. iStock is the way to go. On the other hand, this is a fun app to navigate and post photos on!

Downloaded app but wont open. Says something about a default bug.

You wont make money. Nice pics. You have A better chance on Instagram In getting recognition than you do on here.

Each new challenge is such a drive to get a photo sold.

It needs a new lay out so that you can rate the people that you follow in a row without having to back in and out of each picture. Also the app loses network connection every other day and logs you out and the only way to reconnect is by deleting then downloading the app

This has to be the best so I have come across. This app is for the people that like to take pictures, and make a little money on the side. Very easy to use, I would recommend to anyone.

Too much unfiltered content, takes too long to post results and feels like scam at times

This is a simple app that lets you share photos and maybe even make some cash!

I had my skepticism prior to downloading this app but decided to give it the benefit of the doubt due to the reviews. Now, I believe those reviews to be fake. Your photos get "rated" getting you excited but no one ever buys your photos. And in order for my photos to be visible, I have to rate other users photos. Not too bad of an idea but the execution of it is terrible. There is no filter. 99% of other users photos are horrible. They look like a quick snap with an iPhone leading people to believe they are an artist and will make lots of money doing so. Such a scam. I loaded my most popular photos from other sharing sites and did not sell one even after two months of use. Do not waste your time. I doubt this review will be visible to others looking to download this app due to the quality of the current "reviews". But if you can, try selling your photos on another site like Shutterfly or Shutterstock. Youll be better off.

I was very doubtful of the premise, but once I joined I loved the feedback from the foap community.

Not worth the time

This is my second review of this app. While Im basically satisfied with the app, the quality of many peoples photos is pretty bad. Unlike other licensing websites, there appears to be no quality control. People upload any photo of family, pets, landscapes without regard to composition, exposure, etc. I spend time rating photos and give most of them 1 or 2 stars. I only upload photos that I feel represent good work, and Im competing with some very bad images to get noticed. Id like to see some quality control measures instituted at some point. Having said that, I still find it fun and I did license one photo. As far as functionality, my only complaint is that I cant upload a photo already in my portfolio to a mission. I have to re-upload it from my phones photo album which creates a duplicate in my Foap portfolio. They need to fix that in an update.

I heard a lot of great reviews about this app and wanted a place where I could make some extra cash so this seemed perfect. I uploaded nearly 100 photos and not one was sold but thats not what upset me. I tried logging in one day and it said that the password was wrong, even though I knew it was correct. Even so, I tried numerous times and finally sent an email to myself to reset it. Never got the email, sent it again and again and again and again. Long story short, I didnt have access to my account for 2 weeks which was a long time considering I uploaded 2 to 3 photos per day. Overall, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this app. It didnt seem like too many people were making anything from it. If they improve the app and advertise it more, maybe Ill rejoin. For now, Im back to sharing my photos on my Facebook with people I havent spoken to in years.

The 1st time I tried this app you had to give copies if your drivers license & social security # to have a chance to sell, get verified. Deleted it. Heard that had changed so tried the app again, now they require your PayPal account be linked to get verified & have a chance to sell. That process requires you to give foap your PayPal password... I tried for over a week to get help thru the app, there is no support offered... Its a total waste of time, any good reviews I wonder if they wrote themselves...

Ive been using Foap for a couple of years now. Its so simple to use. If you live for taking pictures, why not try to make a little money on them. It may take a while to get your first sale, but youll get there. And thats when youll be hooked. lol Customer service is very prompt and polite. I have nothing but positives to say. Try it! Youll enjoy it.
