Need to Fix The Website

I understand the need for Foap to use a website to handle purchases, so the pictures themselves can be used universally, but the several people who have purchased photos from me all had trouble with the website. It would cancel or duplicate or charge extra for their orders. Also those purchases didnt show up on the app so my photos purchased portfolio looks empty even though Ive sold 12 photos. With all the money they are getting from every photo sold they should be able to hire a decent programmer to fix this problem. Even if its a corporate/politic problem with the other websites they work with this glaring problem should not be overlooked.
The app itself is great. Photos take a while to load and the notifications are a little superfluous but I love how the rest of the app is set up. The feedback I get is great and I love following others. Missions are difficult but make you leave your comfort zone and become a better photographer.
I hope to be able to invest in an actual camera so I can start taking better quality photos. The computer photos to the app feature of Foap has worked great for me so far. All in all a wonderful app.
